CALLING ALL DELEGATES: The Delegate Confirmation forms were mailed May 1st to all organizational member points of contact. A staff member from the organization must sign the form and return it designating the organization’s delegate for 2014. The Delegate Meeting will be held on October 7th at the Milwaukee Hyatt Regency from 7:30-10:30 pm. If you plan to be a delegate or know someone who is, please make sure that the form is received and gets into the hands of the correct staff member. The deadline for returning completed forms is July 15th. In order for a delegate to be seated, both the organization’s and the individual’s dues must be paid. Anyone uncertain about their own expiration date of that of their organization should contact the AZADV Membership Chair. Looking forward to seeing you in Milwaukee!
